螺纹钢成分含量及化学成分检验!

  (1)检验方法:上述化学成分检验分析常用的标准检验方法为:GB/T223, JISG1211?1215、BS1837、BS手册19等。

  (2)成分指数:钢筋成分含量的评价指标主要包括C、Mn、P、S、Si等,各、含量不同

  一般范围为C (0.10 ~ 0.40%), Mn < 1.80%, P < 0.050%, S < 0.050%, Si(0.60 ~ 1.00%)。

  表面质量

  钢筋表面不得有裂纹、疤痕和褶皱。

  钢筋表面应允许有凸块,但不得超过横向肋的高度。钢筋表面其他缺陷的深度和高度不得超过钢筋位置尺寸的允许偏差。
  Bumps shall be allowed on the surface of the reinforcement, but shall not exceed the height of the transverse ribs. The depth and height of other defects on the surface of reinforcing bars shall not exceed the allowable deviation of the position and size of reinforcing bars.

  1)公称直径范围和直径

  钢筋标称直径范围为6 ~ 50mm。标准的钢筋公称直径为6、8、10、12、16、20、25、32、40、50mm。

  应满足以下要求:

  横筋与钢筋轴线的夹角不得小于45°。当角度不大于70°时,钢筋对侧的横筋方向应相反。
  The angle between the bar and the axis of the bar shall not be less than 45 degrees. When the angle is not more than 70 degrees, the opposite direction of the transverse reinforcement should be opposite.
  横筋的标称间距l不应大于钢筋标称直径的0.7倍。

  横向肋侧与钢筋表面夹角不得小于45°。
  The angle between the transverse rib side and the surface of the steel bar shall not be less than 45 degrees.
  钢筋相邻两侧上横筋两端间隙之和(包括纵筋宽度)不得大于钢筋标称周长的20%;
  The sum of the gaps between the two ends of the upper transverse reinforcement on the adjacent sides of the reinforcing bar (including the width of the longitudinal reinforcement) shall not be greater than 20% of the nominal circumference of the reinforcing bar.
