钢筋网交叉点一定要满扎吗?

(1)、《建筑施工手册》第四篇、第四节中关于钢筋绑扎规定内容如下:

①、钢筋的交点须用铁丝扎牢。

(2)、《建筑施工手册》第二十一篇、第四节中关于钢筋绑扎规定内容如下:除柱钢筋和梁钢筋中的主筋采用焊接接头外,其余受力筋和箍筋均采用绑扎连接。钢筋绑扎采用现场绑扎,用20号铁丝。柱、梁箍筋与受力钢筋垂直设置,箍筋弯钩叠合处,应沿受力钢筋方向错开设置。板及整浇层的钢筋网外围两行钢筋交点应每点绑扎牢固,中间部分的相交点可相隔交错扎牢,但要保证受力钢筋不致产生位移。总之,绑扎时要做到:钢筋位置准确,绑扎牢固,钢筋接头位置,搭接长度,保护层厚度等符合要求,并严格按图施工。

二、混凝土结构工程施工规范

混凝土结构施工规范底5.4.9中规定如下:钢筋绑扎的细部构造应符合下列规定:

①、钢筋的绑扎搭接接头应在接头和两端用铁丝扎牢;

②、墙、柱、梁钢筋骨架中各垂直面钢筋网交叉点应全部扎牢;板上部钢筋

网的交叉点应全部扎牢,底部钢筋网除边缘部分外可间隔交错扎牢;

综上所述个人觉得只有板底部钢筋钢筋存在间隔交错绑扎(且是单向板),剪力墙墙的钢筋网片是双向受力,因此剪力墙墙筋也应满扎。其余部位都不可以。
