  2、机械防松。是用止动件直接约束螺纹副的相对滚动。如选用开口销、串连钢丝和止动垫圈等。因为止动件没有预紧力,螺母松退到止动方位时防松止动件才干起作用,因此,这种办法实际上不防松而是避免脱落。
  2, mechanical loosening. The relative rolling of the thread pair is constrained directly by the stop. For example, open pin, series steel wire and stop washer are selected. Because the stop has no preload, the anti-loosening stop can work when the nut is loosened to the stop position. Therefore, this method actually does not prevent loosening but avoids falling off.
  3、铆冲防松。在拧紧后选用冲点、焊接、粘接等办法,使螺纹副失去运动副特性而衔接成为不行拆衔接。这种办法的缺点是栓杆只能运用一次,且拆开十分困难,必须破坏螺栓副方可拆开。
  3, riveting and anti loosening. After tightening, punching point, welding, bonding and other methods are selected to make the thread pair lose the characteristics of the motion pair and join into a non-disassembly connection. The disadvantage of this method is that the bolt can only be used once, and it is very difficult to disassemble. The bolt pair must be destroyed before it can be disassembled.
  4、结构防松。是使用螺纹副自身结构,即唐氏螺纹防松办法。
