钢筋的分类有哪些你知道吗?

钢筋种类很多,一般按化学成分、生产工艺、轧制外形、供给方式、直径巨细,以及在结构中的用途进行分类:

1.按化学成分分
1. According to chemical constituents
碳素钢钢筋和一般低合金钢筋。碳素钢钢筋按碳量多少,又分为低碳钢钢筋(含碳量低于0.25%,如I级钢筋),中碳钢钢筋(含碳量0.25%~0.7%,如IV级钢筋),高碳钢钢筋(含碳量0.70%~1.4%,如碳素钢丝),碳素钢中除含有铁和碳元素外,还有少数在锻炼过程中带有的硅、锰、磷、硫等杂质。一般低合金钢钢筋是在低碳钢和中碳钢中参加少数合金元素,获得强度高和归纳功能好的钢种,在钢筋中常用的合金元素有硅、锰、钒、钛等,一般低合金钢钢筋首要品种有:20MnSi、40Si2MnV、45SiMnTi等。

2.按轧制外形分

(1)光面钢筋:I级钢筋(Q235钢钢筋)均轧制为光面圆形截面,供给方式有盘圆,直径不大于10mm,长度为6m~12m。
(1) Smooth reinforcing bars: Grade I reinforcing bars (Q235 reinforcing bars) are all rolled into smooth circular cross-section. The supply mode is circular, with a diameter not more than 10 mm and a length of 6 m~12 M.
(2)带肋钢筋:有螺旋形、人字形和月牙形三种,一般Ⅱ、Ⅲ级钢筋轧制成人字形,Ⅳ级钢筋轧制成螺旋形及月牙形。
(2) Ribbed bars: spiral, herringbone and crescent. Generally, grade II and III bars are rolled into herringbone and grade IV bars are rolled into helical and crescent shapes.
(3)钢线(分低碳钢丝和碳素钢丝两种)及钢绞线。

(4)冷轧扭钢筋:经冷轧并冷扭成型。

3.按直径巨细分

钢丝(直径3~5mm)、细钢筋(直径6~10mm)、粗钢筋(直径大于22mm)。

4.按力学功能分

Ⅰ级钢筋(235/370级);Ⅱ级钢筋(335/510级);Ⅲ级钢筋(370/570)和Ⅳ级钢筋(540/835)

5.按生产工艺分

热轧、冷轧、冷拉的钢筋,还有以Ⅳ级钢筋经热处理而成的热处理钢筋,强度比前者更高。

6.按在结构中的效果分:受压钢筋、受拉钢筋、架立钢筋、散布钢筋、箍筋等装备在钢筋混凝土结构中的钢筋,按其效果可分为下列几种:

(1)受力筋——接受拉、压应力的钢筋。

(4)散布筋——用于屋面板、楼板内,与板的受力筋笔直布置,将接受的分量均匀地传给受力筋,并固定受力筋的方位,以及反抗热胀冷缩所引起的温度变形。

(5)其它——因构件结构要求或施工装置需求而装备的结构筋。如腰筋、预埋锚固筋、环等。
