  1、在负载扁钢和横杆的每个交点处 板网格格,应通过焊接、铆接(方法:使多个零件相连接的方法)或压锁将其固定。

  2、钢筋网的焊接优先采用压力电阻焊,也可采用电弧焊。

  4、钢筋网应根据用户的需要,加工成各种尺寸的形状。钢筋焊接网它的出现对提高建筑施工效率、结构质量及安全可靠性、改变传统的建筑施工方法都具有十分重要的意义,可用于钢筋混凝土结构的配筋和预应力混凝土结构的普通钢筋。

  5、负载扁钢的间距和横杆的间距可由供需方根据设计要求确定。作工业平台,建议负载扁钢的间距不得大于40mm,横杆间距不得大于165mm。
  5. The spacing of load flat steel and cross bar can be determined by the supplier according to the design requirements. As an industrial platform, it is recommended that the distance between load flat steel and cross bar shall not be greater than 40mm and 165mm respectively.
